The manager asks people to leave the facility, she favors outside the school. You have frequent system failures for the last 2 weeks I had to (eat plaster from the wall) because you blocked my account for this period without any reason

Zero customer service zero any kindness to the customer They just have people deep somewhere .... there are 4 people in the windows looking at people but only one person at the counter. The PKO bank collapsed, it is a waste of time for such a bank to be changed where they treat the client more seriously, not lightly and with grace.

Professional and professional service and customer approach. The lady handling my case answered all my questions very carefully - thank you very much for your patience! There is an ATM with a cash deposit machine on site - you can use it when you are in a hurry and do not want to wait in line with other people (in the current epidemiological situation it is a huge improvement).

The queuing system and numbers for clients improve work very much - similarly to other institutions such as ZUS, NFZ. And if you want to deposit money quickly, you can use the cash deposit machine.
