On Wednesday, 01/13 I bought an engine bearing. The part does not fit because the automatic transmission part was issued to me. When I came to return the goods today, I first waited 15 minutes outside to be able to return the goods, and when I kindly wanted to inform you about the incorrect cataloging, the Lord in service ignored me. I advise against shopping at Jadar auto.

I have been a client of this company since they were in the garage at Gałeczki Street. They usually have most of the parts, and even if they do not have them in place, they once pulled a gas cable for me on request. Also 100% satisfaction. I recommend.

I do not recommend. Complaints about the goods - you can forget - of course the buyer's fault. They don't respect the buyer. Nice and nice until you make a complaint. Written appeal against the complaint - no response for over a month. Unfortunately, the law protects the consumer poorly and the company knows it well. If you want to waste your time and nerves, I recommend it to everyone. Ps I was waiting for a reply from the owner. I want to respond to her. So the salesman sensed organoleptically what was broken inside the part. The seller compares the broken part to what is in stock and rejects the complaint on this basis. This is first. Secondly, the seller sends the advertised part back to the buyer without informing the buyer that he will be sending it and then he is surprised that someone does not pick up the package. How is the buyer to pick up the package if he didn't order anything. How is he to know what it is. Third, please send this documentation about what I broke (you know the e-mail). I never got the documentation, and I don't write that I didn't receive something. And fourthly, you do not have to respond to the letter regarding the response to the rejection of the complaint (unfortunately we have such a right), but if you want to be a reliable and professional company, it would be appropriate to at least respond to the letter. Fifth, in Polish law there is no law under which the seller must respond to a request for reconsideration of the complaint. (Please check, do not mislead people). I wrote an appeal to you, but as you can see, you lack arguments to write back. That is the truth. And if you want to see how professionals work, this is an automotive wholesaler in the city of Gdańsk - parts for Kia and Hyundai. Full professionalism and I recommend this shop the most. Somehow he would survive these few hundred dollars. Nevertheless, I greet you and wish you further success.

The parts did not arrive on time, and when they arrived it turned out that they did not fit despite my warnings about bad markings and the seller's assurances that it would fit. The part was selected after the VIN number and viewing the old part. I bought from another store where the seller knew several companies had bad markup shared.
