Today I was buying a bouquet in this flower shop for the first time. I didn't quite know what I wanted, the flowers were supposed to be for my mother's birthday. A bouquet at the selected price was offered to me on the spot, waiting time 15 minutes. I came back after 15 minutes, had to pay before I saw the bouquet which freaked me out a bit but I thought I'd take a chance. And I was unnecessarily scared because I saw perhaps the most beautiful bouquet I have ever bought. In a very fashionable style, everything fits together and it was much larger than I expected. I definitely recommend this florist, I hope that my partner will also find it, because the bouquets that I saw there are definitely the ones you would like to get :)

Unfortunately, after a phone call I will definitely not use the services of this company - entering into a sentence, an aggressive tone of response, including phrases such as "do you hear yourself" to my calm question about the approximate price of the decoration preparation service is definitely discouraging. When talking to a customer, some things are kindly explained, because not everyone needs to know that wholesalers are going to raise prices in January. The first time I came across such an unpleasant conversation, and already with a few florists I talked about the same matter and I hope the last.
