I do not recommend, I felt as if I was alone at the trial, negotiated settlement rates myself, the lawyer hardly said a word, the opposing party had a much more confident proxy. Confident in the office but passive and withdrawn in the courtroom. He just listened to the testimony, did not advise anything. At the office he confirmed at the beginning that the opposing party's request was unfounded, and the longer the trial and they kept the rate, he urged to settle, arguing that the settlement is not much greater than what the court can settle, and it is always a settlement. I advise you to look for a lawyer who does everything for the client, or at least actively participates in the hearing and has an opinion.

A great lawyer! Very patient, listen and advise. He speaks specifically and matter-of-factly. In moments when I suddenly had my doubts, I got scared, the phone was enough and I was calmer. I needed the help and support of someone who would stand by my side not to be afraid to go to court and I certainly received it. At my trial, Mr. Rolicz, appeared ahead of time, and conversation helped me break the great tension. I recommend it with a clear conscience!
