I understand that being a postman is not the most pleasant job, but reading the comments, probably no one gets registered and unregistered mail, which means that a lot of people have to bother about the facility and there are kilometer long queues and one window open because when 4 people in front of me make transfers hard to open a second window handle a few people who are standing only with an advice note because someone had a hard time climbing the second floor;)

Defeat. Compared to other Polish post offices, it can be seen here that time has stood still during the communist era. It is not only about the decor, but also the approach of working ladies (here I mean especially one lady who seems to be working in this institution as a punishment). Long queues, very slow service, and the customer treated as an intruder. There is no advice about shipping. Today, the package exceeded the minimum dimension of a cheaper package and I had to pay PLN 10 more. It was only on the post page that I read that there are also cheaper forms of shipping such packages. But the lady at the post office was obviously not interested in advising on a more favorable form for me. If anyone has the opportunity, I recommend you go to the post office in Agora, Bytom. There a level of service at a much better level. And it's better to avoid the outpost in Łagiewniki.

The mail brings letters. However, when it comes to smaller packages or parcels that need to be signed, they do not receive them. Recently, even the advice note is not in the mailbox. Currently, TWO MONTHS I am waiting for the ordered package which was sent twice by the sender but the postman, neither the visor nor the hearing. Maybe it's because I live on the 4th floor? :)

Always monstrous queues, strange office hours, the whole zion is a deep commune, and in the last two months my two parcels have been lost. For a state-owned company it is a failure and that's why I try not to use the services of the Polish Post Office. After four weeks, I edit the comment, one of the parcels arrived, it was supposed to be around November 25, came in mid-January, just a tiny slip.
