Judging by the facility itself, it gives such a low score, because I think that today I was simply stretched over very high costs in the world. I sent a letter in an A4 envelope with one sheet of paper and a plastic card, of course, I received the information that the R sticker does not stick to the envelope in which I am sending, I can understand that much. So the lady sold me a bomb envelope and counted that with the envelope for a registered letter I pay 22.50! The letter itself cost me 18 zlotys. If it weren't for the fact that this letter had to come out today and it was already quite late, I would have gone elsewhere. And now a small appeal to the institution itself, entitled Polish post office. I understand that your postmen do not want to carry letters weighing a few kg when people send letters, for example, clothes or other items, here I understand raising the prices of letters to not very encouraging amounts, but measuring an A4 envelope that does not weigh even 5 dkg with these measures in this way lest God forbid we get the size A is simply ridiculous. I wish you good luck and the competition will eat you for breakfast because I have not seen such a cliche about the appearance of an envelope anywhere ...

The facility is open until 19.00. I stand before 6:45 pm and closed, but the light is on so I'm waiting. At 6.50 pm the Lady came with a bucket. She raised the blind halfway, left the bucket behind and left, closing the blind (seeing that I was standing and waiting with a letter ready to be sent). So I asked which facility is open. The lady announced that until 19, but she had a break. Mockery. I had an important letter to send to the court.

I do not like to display negative reviews but this point is a real torment. It is not about the service because this can not be faulted, but the waiting time which is very often due to the huge amount of letters that people send there is a good several minutes. I do not understand how one can allow a situation where one person blocks the queue for several dozen minutes! The whole absurdity lies in the fact that after the service of someone like that there is a break and those who are waiting in a queue are sent away with a receipt. For anyone who values their time, I recommend sticking to this point as far as possible.
