All this is nothing, recently I received from the mailbox a letter with confirmation of receipt (yellow card) on which you have to sign yourself and then you will receive the letter, without a yellow card, i.e. the postman signed for me and threw the letter into the mailbox and this is punishable by art. 270 & 1 penalty for signature forgery. Secondly, the post office is paid extra for this type of mail and treats them as usual for letters. Thirdly, the Polish post office is a post office, i.e. it has the status of an office, and since you can buy waffle bars, books, magazines and other products available in the Ruch kiosk or grocery store at the office. In my opinion, Poczta Polska stopped in the 1980s and has been operating this way to this day.

I'm sitting at home waiting for the package from the balcony. I see that the postman comes out of the block ... I'm going down, of course there is Aviso ... I run after him but I did not make it to the post office ... The lady in the window tells me that my package is missing because there is no postman I answer that I have just seen it come in and she will not spend it because I can pick it up the next day ... I say that I was sitting at home specially and I got an Aviso ... The younger worker says that ok a moment ... What old came and says to the bride that if she gives it, it will be an additional paperwork ... It was only when I said that I would not leave and blocked the queue, the lady deigned to go for my package ... It is just a mockery and embarrassment

Massacre. Post office? Or maybe more of a shop. I think someone is joking. It takes a long time to arrange, collect and send the parcel. A few people are enough and you know that you will have to wait several dozen minutes. The postman is also ignoring his duties. He leaves the advice note in the mailbox and is gone. I have to collect the parcel in person once again. When asked why? The lady in the window replies. Probably because it's a big letter. Shame. I was again today. You need an hour to get things done One window is open. There is a queue in front of the entrance. The lady serves a terribly long time. Has problems with service. No knowledge of procedures. The post office is expanding its services, but the staff is not trained. Bureaucracy. When collecting the parcel, signatures must be made several times. The post office is more like a store.
