I get information about the shipment that was delivered. And somehow she's not there. I wonder what they did with her. Overall, she was insured. One of the postmen probably has it and is happy. A massacre with this post. They should close her.

the worst performing post office in Poland. Shipments do not arrive and are not even notified. Maybe someone will finally clean up the postmen ...

The lady is not polite by phone and insults. I get a message about the delivery of the package which is to be delivered, unfortunately, neither the package nor anything. Not the first situation of this type where I do not get any information on what is happening with the parcel that should be delivered, the only thing I heard from a very unkind lady is that my package is less important and the postman does not have to deliver it to me. Full professionalism is nothing. Mockery mockery After that my package arrived, but not in my place, the postman delivered my package to the neighbors. Such situations should have consequences.

Several times, I had a rather unpleasant situation. I received a message that the package that was sent to me was sent back because I did not pick it up. I would answer if I received at least a notice. And here nothing, and at the post office they said it was even repeated. It is very interesting because it was not in the mailbox. And on the day when there was an attempt to deliver I was at home all day and the postman was gone. As you can see, it is very difficult to throw a notice to the mailbox, or even call the intercom, or to the phone number provided on the package.

Already, for the fifth time in three months, a notice in the mailbox, and the household are !!! Why is this happening ?! 20 meters from the gate to the door, is it too far? Please change it!
