Worst service. I pre-booked a room for a cat, the owner calmly deleted this reservation and did not even try to call. Massacre. I would not recommend anyone, it is better to stay as far as possible from this hotel, as you do not want to be in a situation where you have nowhere to leave your pet just because the owner is an insolent boor. PS. Fortunately, there was a place for a cat in a decent hotel, not in this dumpster. But I say again: don't leave animals here. Payment only in cash - neither by card nor by bank transfer. Video monitoring that can encourage - does not work. So save your nerves and never have NOTHING to do with this hotel
