Calling the post office is some kind of massacre, no one answers and after any attempt to make a call, they perfidiously reject the call 😡. The worst mail I know.
DRAMAT, the postman does not even bother with the package (although you are at home), but you immediately get a text message with a delivery note. I pay for home delivery, not for pickup at the UP. FOR RELEASE !!!!!
Tragedy is an understatement, deliveries do not arrive, not leave notifications.
Worst facility i know! The postman doesn't even bother delivering the parcel! He drives up and has a ready advice note that he throws into the mailbox. PRL for power !!!
You need patience, only one window open despite the queue up to the door ... tiny parking, the terminal is kind of broken but the staff ... very helpful
