So the place looks cool, it is a mansion surrounded by a moat. Lots of decay mostly, but still worth it. The problem is it is private, no entry.

The palace is situated on something like an island and around it the water would be a local pearl and tourist attraction. At present, the palace and other court buildings surrounding it are deteriorating.
