Why is there no information on the Tax Office website that the Office is closed and does not accept applicants. I visited the site twice, it is written that it is open until 6pm. Only when you approach the door, a card hangs that the Office closed until March 27.

I do not understand one thing that the law increases the value of cars as per contracts people have already written prices ... it gives these "people" from the office a lot of pleasure, the contract says, for example, that the car to be corrected but a fat woman from behind the windows say that you need to give a higher value even though she could not see the car because it was already red and sweaty with the same approach to me where she would get to the car ... I do not recommend the sick office, but unfortunately you have to visit sometimes ...
