This reserve covers an area of ​​7.59 ha. As one of the few well-preserved peat bogs in Greater Poland, it has been under protection since 1959. A transitional bog with its typical flora has been preserved here. The lake is surrounded by sandy embankments covered with pine stands. The northern part of the lake is in the phase of a far-reaching fouling process. Sphagnum mosses are surrounded by clumps of woolly and small-leaved wool. In addition, there are, among others: common sedge, sharpened sedge, mud cranberry, beaver, peat bog. The most interesting plant in the reserve, however, is the insectivorous round-leaved sundew.

The vegetation growing in the reserve is blooming beautifully in the months of May and June. All plants growing here are protected by law, they can not be picked and destroyed !!! Please respect it, there are so many great places.
