When in March 1792 Celestyn Sokolnicki, the owner of Wijewo, broke into the Włoszakowice forest with 150 people and 60 carts, and despite the protests of the forest, he took the wood to Wijewo. The then owner of Włoszakowice, Prince Fridrich Anhalt-Koethen, ordered the construction of a forester's lodge around 1795, called in Prussian times Friedrichsthal, in order to supervise forest areas from the west and south. Today the building comes from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Extremely charmingly located in the heart of the forest, the forester's lodge Mścigniew is an ideal starting point for hiking, bicycle rides or autumn mushroom picking. At the turn of the 20th / 21st century, a hunting lodge was built, providing accommodation in the center of the former forest.
