I share all the positive opinions about the office and staff. The only thing that should be improved is the time organization of visits. All my appointments made for a specific hour have always been delayed. Nightmare, it is very disturbing. Please correct this.

I do not consider it professional to inform about postponing the visit on the day of the visit. Several patients have canceled their appointments and the orthodontist cannot wait for patients from a later hour.

Friendly and professional service. Ladies talk to the child, release stress. We had a small slip, but taking into account the period and requirements of the pandemic, the waiting time for acceptance. With phones seamlessly. It didn't happen that someone didn't answer. Quick reaction. I even got a reply to the sms. Reception, waiting room and offices very nice and well equipped. There is even a children's corner. you can scratch or read something. I would recommend.
