A few years ago I visited the doctor with two children, 4 and 6 years old. At that time, we struggled with our younger son with AD, but the initial flat feet in children made me concerned. The doctor looked at the children (the visit lasted about 15 minutes) and said that there were no major posture defects and that I should treat my son's skin. Currently, the son is 8 years old and unfortunately the feet are in a tragic condition: flat feet, valgus heels, weak muscle tone. For this reason, he probably already had 3 injuries: a fracture and 2 severe sprains. I regularly visit orthopedists and physiotherapists, but the lack of any recommendations from that period: exercises or even insoles meant that we have a long way to improve our current condition, with no prospects for a complete recovery.
