I heartily recommend for family walks but I would not call it a forest.

A place for a pleasant Saturday / Sunday walk. It requires a lot of work and finance. but it looks better and better.

According to the assumptions of the era, the park around the castle in Rydzyna, which was created along with the building at the end of the seventeenth century, was a French garden. So it had a regular shape, with a geometric arrangement of quarters and lines, and was decorated with fountains and sculptures. The canal surrounding the garden was connected to the castle moat, while the transverse channel divided the assumption into two parts. A hundred years later, the garden was transformed and expanded, numerous buildings were erected in it, including the Orange House with theater and ball rooms and a picture gallery. These buildings did not survive to our times - they were demolished in the nineteenth century. Then the garden underwent another "reorganization". Around 1820, the romantic French park was transformed into an English park according to the spirit of the era. In the park, which currently covers an area of about 7 ha, an impressive old stand has been preserved, including avenue of linden, chestnut avenue, as well as oaks with a circumference of about 350 cm.
