Receiving my order today, for which I would like to thank you, I had an additional question about another product. But unfortunately the gentleman whom I asked for help was more interested in his phone than talking to the client. A very disrespectful approach to the client. Because he didn't even show any willingness to check and find out what I was asking.
I rarely buy electronics in a brick-and-mortar store, but in this case I have to give 5 stars
I came to the store with the intention of buying a TV, which model and brand I had chosen earlier, based on opinions from the Internet. It turned out that this particular model is in stock. The seller (Mr. Filip), although I was willing to buy a TV set "off the shelf", offered me a much more functional model, newer and for the same price, but to be picked up a day later. I have always been skeptical when it comes to suggestions from sellers, but I must say that it is worth trusting them because in my case I would have made the wrong choice.
