I was looking for kitchen furniture and on the recommendation of a friend, I contacted by phone the representative of this company - kitchen designer Mr. Bocianowski. Encouraged by him, I saw a permanent exhibition of furniture in the factory salon Ceglewskich in Piotrowice. I was determined to buy. At the next contact with Mr. Ceglewski, he promised that he would call within a week and arrange to measure the kitchen at my place and design. It was the last conversation with him. Not only did he not call in two weeks (!), But he did not even answer the phone. I run a company myself and I deal with various situations cooperating with various contractors but I deal with such disregard for a potential customer for the first time. If they are so burdened with work that they are unable to make up their minds - they may warn that the deadlines will be later. If the designer fell ill (he was healthy because I tried to contact a landline office - to no avail) - he can call and warn the client. To sum up, I do not recommend anyone working with this company and I think that it is good that such problems were revealed at the beginning and not during the order.

I am very happy with my kitchen furniture, which is solid and accurate. Sensational design, plenty of space inside, highest quality materials at a good price. Everything done at an express pace. On the plus side, I also include the personal commitment of Mr. Łukasz Bocianowski when choosing the project, ensuring assembly and professional contact with the client. I recommend to everyone.
