Despite the information on the home page that the referrals will now be thrown into the boxes, the practice of the grace facility remains unchanged: a) I am at home, b) nobody calls, c) I find AWIZO in the box! (no water tap !!!). For advice info: "report DELIVERY ON REQUEST by phone". I call half a day on all three numbers given on the site. Of course, NOBODY is answering! Embarrassment!
This establishment should be plowed and planted with greenery. Parcels, even letters, are notoriously replaced by advice. The postman does not even check if someone is at home / company, but throws a pre-prepared advisor on the lack of a recipient. And now it turns out that the packet I've been waiting for since December 17 had an 18th advice notice and today a second advice note was thrown with a deadline up to Thursday. The package is no longer needed because it was supposed to be for the holidays. Nightmare and bottom!
Please throw the phone out of the window if nobody is answering. Zero contact. In the 21st century, no email is a complete failure. Sell yourself to a normal company, because that's what
