I ADVISE ALL PURCHASES IN MEDIAEXPERT !!! I ordered a dryer + connection to the washing machine + service of bringing and assembly on the washing machine. The dryer arrived, the gentlemen said that the "mounting screws" were missing and there was nothing they could do. They left the dryer in the middle of the corridor and told me to contact the customer service - which I did - on December 2nd. Today it's already 16 days - and despite 10 calls to the complaints department - the case has not moved a step. ME sends me back to the manufacturer (it is good that I do not go to a factory in China). And the matter is so easy to settle - they provide a new or a similar connector (available at hand on the ME website), the assemblers arrive and the matter is settled in one day. But if someone for 99 zlotys (this is the cost of a connector) prefers to alienate the customer and spoil his opinion even more - his choice ... To sum up - I ADVISE YOU SHOPPING IN MEDIAEXPERT - if something goes wrong, you will be left alone, on a stick ME - until they decide to do something about you - there are so many other options on the market, so DON'T lose your nerves with MEDIAEXPERT!
I purchased the SR-1003 gas sensor in an online store. In the description on the Media Expert website it is stated that the sensor is a carbon dioxide detector. On the product package, it says that the sensor detects LPG and natural gas. I contacted the manufacturer of this sensor, Impakt S.A. . A gentleman from the company's sales department stated that this sensor does not detect carbon dioxide. I wrote a complaint RMA100124423, to which I did not receive a reply because the employee replied to the wrong e-mail address. Today I received the information by calling Media Expert that I quote: "that the sensor purchased is a gas sensor". Massacre, I know this, but nothing about the fact that the sensor is not a carbon dioxide sensor.
Who will suffer the consequences if the sensor does not work when carbon dioxide is released in the house?
Has anyone at Media Expert asked themselves what responsibility is the seller of this product on?
Zero responsibility, a crime story.
Second thing, from the same order I got a Philips citrus juicer, RMA100136753 does not work.

During several visits to the store in Media Ekspert in Zloty, I encountered a situation of lack of interest in the customer. In this store you now have to "look" for sellers because they seem to be little interested in the customer / it concerns all sales departments /. In a word, a failure ..... I honestly do not recommend this store.
I was sold a damaged refrigerator, the first response after a complaint after two weeks without one day n (legally) refusal to replace it with a new refrigerator (excessive costs) and the decision after receiving an expert opinion (?) I repeated the request - refusal after almost two weeks. For a company that sells refrigerators also on the Internet, delivering a new refrigerator is an excessive cost. To push the customer (deer) a spoiled trash and then (according to the law - swing. After receiving another refusal, forced to give up the request for replacement, I reported to the store to report the repair to the service - after a week I call and you do not know anything about the notification. A month has passed and I legally do not have a refrigerator and I have no money. My rage told you that you understand stress, but such are the procedures. Mockery, wasted time - with such an approach to the client and also those annoying advertisements.
There is no customer interest in the store, I spent over half an hour and no one even approached, I will buy in another store. Congratulations to the crew.
