Nice place, nice view of the lake actually. If you are looking for peace, it is peaceful here from Monday to Friday. At the weekend, there are louder barbecues and then there is much less silence. A shared kitchen for all tenants is sometimes crowded and less accessible. Its clean. Good place for employees during a delegation.
