Today, August 2nd 2020, I have been with my family to lunch but we have waited 40 min for drinks and 40 min fot eating. The service was horrible, five waiters were in our table nr. 5. My brother complained to a girl and the mother defended to her (We have understood that the mother was a client and she was served first). The organization was terrible. We must tell that they offer the drinks. We advise against this restorant.

The breakfast was disgusting,the eggs must have been cooked at 0600 and we're still waiting to be eaten at 0900, because the hotel was so quite the eggs should have been cooked to order ,also the fruit juice was warm , very disappointed with the hotel,the fridge in the room didn't work ,the shower fell off its fitting ,we told the receptionist but nothing was done ,will not be staying here again

Clean hotel, oldskool 80's rooms but clean and hygenic. Staff is freindly but none of them speak English. Difficult for non Polish speaking guests. Breakfast buffet is decent. Enough choices but nothing fancy. Diner is in the same line. It's fresh and decent but not restaurant quality. Hotel Kaukaska is a good budget hotel for people who purely need it for sleeping and who have plans during the day because in the surroundings there is nothing to do. In the evening the city has not much to offer, you really need to go to Poznan for nightlife. I recommend for people who pass through Poland and stay for a night of for business during the day.
