The store itself is asking to lose customers. We went to buy over-ear headphones. A very pushy, incompetent and uncultivated service gentleman forbade trying the headphones on, flashing a pandemic - it's nothing that other headphones on the other side of the shelf had try-on stations, you can also try on in any other store, and all packages were open one by one. Anyway, can't they be disinfected? Well, we ask if you can even connect to the computer before buying to check if they work at all (the packaging was significantly damaged, and it was the last copy in the store) - of course, a negative answer and in such a tone that you don't want to live. It was only after a long exchange of views that we found out that normally it was possible, but the computer dedicated to it broke. So at least we ask what is the situation with a possible return, if we buy, but the equipment turns out to be very weak or even not working at all? Again the answer that we are ******** (not literally, but such overtones) because it is a pandemic, so there is no such option. I will forgive myself such experiences in the future.

The store itself, supplies and staff are OK, but (as I found on my own example), wanting to buy a laptop in part in 0% installments and in part paying almost half, it turned out that the installments are not 0% at all, but for normal bank interest, which I wasn't even informed. I figured it out myself. I have the impression that this is deliberately (at least) misleading customers. In their offer and advertising, they propose up to 36 0%, and in fact, the customer service lady calculates installments with full bank interest. I feel disappointed. This is not good commercial practice.

Professional service, every time they try to squeeze in some additional insurance or an additional gadget (that's how they were trained, so they do it) everyone has to earn their proverbial "3 cents", a simple matter. So where does 1 star come from? On the website, the product chosen by me is in the "promotion" installment for 0% until April, you do not pay. Ok, I get in the car .... buy it in the store because it is available on site ... I will take in installments and I will return home with the equipment. Goods in the store - there is 0% installments - NONE. The lady in the shop at the desk explained to me that zero 0% installments depend on my creditworthiness, that the pandemic is raving and banks are reluctant to grant loans, that you know how it is with advertising, etc. The lady calculated a loan for me for a minimum period of 12 months, where after taking into account all costs, the price increased by PLN 207 and a few pennies. I resigned from the purchase and, embarrassed, returned home where I sat down to the laptop. I click on the mediaexpert Buy Now website, I click Installments Online, I click 10x0% from April, I fill in the classic income columns .... after less than a minute Miracle on the Vistula! The bank gives me 0% installments with repayment from April in convenient 10 installments (I could go down to 3 installments). Why do they have to make additional cash in the store with banks with which they have signed contracts? Why does the customer feel cheated when he leaves the store and feel that he is being lied to in the eye? The lady in the store told me that I used to take something from you for 0% and no additional costs were charged as now ... The lady in the store hid the pandemic and the reluctance of the banks. I understand that when a media expert writes out an installment application, banks are not eager to cooperate, but when I do the same at home, suddenly you can give people real 0%?
