Worst experience I've ever had buying something online. I've spent PLN 780 on a recorder device that they did not have (ven though their website indicated that it was available). After not having received anything for a week I contacted KEY STORE. First they said they never received my money (even though I've sent them a proper proof of payment). Weeks later they changed their minds and said they received it, but that they don't have the product anymore, only second hand ones they tried to sell to me. It took me literally over a month to receive my money back. I've phoned them over 20 times. Most of the times they ignored my calls and emails. When I did speak with them I was promised several times they will transfer the money back the next day, which did not happen. Everything was just very unprofessional. I will never do business with this store again and I strongly recommend everybody to do the same. Be warned. Once you've paid and are waiting for a product that will never arrive, there's not much you can do. You won't be taken seriously by their employees. Unfortunately the minimum amount of stars I can give is one. One which they do not deserve.

I would like to thank the entire KEY STORE company in general. After a very nice and at the same time advisory telephone conversation, I bought a keyboard instrument for the Christmas tree (from Mikołaj - children) :)
"Equipment" arrived on Christmas Eve - I believe in Santa :) but twice. On the next working day, I received a gift from KEY STORE and was very pleasantly surprised. Now I know that this is full professionalism, not because of the "gift", but because of nervous safety. Children play so that it would be a chore to listen today. :)
I highly recommend the store. Although the price of the instrument was not competitive, the child's smile was priceless. The more so because the purchase price also included great headphones. The company eliminated my lack of knowledge that playing children can really lead to neurosis.
I cordially greet KEY STORE and wish you much success in implementing your commercial goals for the coming years. I keep my fingers crossed, up (not in my ears :)

We bought the whole sound system and club lighting here. We dragged everything through leasing, but that's another matter. As for the hardware, they know what they're selling and they have pretty good prices.
The choice is also considerable, in our case there were also a lot of lasers, for which we would have had to spend exorbitant amounts of money a few years ago.
Fortunately, this equipment was cheaper and the company knew how to configure it and even arrange it. Lightning effect.
The right people in the right place! Just professionals with passion, there are no people by chance. The choice of equipment is huge and everything can be tested on site, which is a great convenience. The staff is willing and patient to advise and even does it with passion, and you can see that they know it. Considering all the advantages of this place, mainly advice and choice, it is an absolute leader, especially in the case of keyboards. For this affordable prices and good contact, great!
