If you are the recipient and your package has been lost, the answer of the support will be: "DB Schenker does not provide services to private persons." And usually no phone call answers. I ADVISE !!!

worst courier always some problem with delivery never an hour for the courier. I get information that they will contact me about the package the next day, then two days pass and no response. After which nobody in this company answers the phone, I do not recommend complete ignorance

The worst courier company I've ever dealt with. For the third time I am chasing a courier with a parcel because, as the company claims: "there is no obligation to call the customer and inform that the delivery will be delivered". Not only that, the courier claims that he tried to contact several times, which is a true lie. I do not recommend.
