They do not allow the car to be charged even for a fee - the charger is empty - only Volvo .... poor PR ...
I highly recommend the website. I have very different experiences with dealerships, mostly negative. I was very positively surprised by the level of communication with employees, the quality of service and how kindly I was treated as a complete layman. All questions, even the stupidest on my part, were answered, my car was thoroughly checked. Were it not for the fact that I live in Rzeszów, this would be my permanent service from now on. I encourage ASO employees of other brands to go to Nova Volvo for training in customer communication.
The best service I have ever dealt with. Every problem is solved "on the spot". Great service, a very professional and competent Mr. Mariusz deserves a special mention ;-) The next car will also be a Volvo, because I cannot imagine servicing the car in another place.
I can not say anything about the service yet, because the car has not passed it yet. The new XC60 is flying fantastically. Concrete service. The car was available immediately and in rich equipment, just as I wanted.
Service and professional service. After my car was damaged on the way to Silesia, my car went to Nova. Special thanks to Mr. Piotr, thanks to whom I was able to continue my journey the next morning. The formalities were settled smoothly and a replacement car, and on the way back I changed into my working car. I recommend it, although maybe not necessarily in such circumstances :)
