Nice facility, the choice of cars is also not bad ... but the approach to the customer is just laughter in the room ... the staff is so busy that there is no time to take care of the customer. As the classic used to say: "so much work that there is no one to load the wheelbarrow" There are still places in Poland where the customer is respected. It does not belong to them ...

I highly recommend the salon. An extraordinary number of cars in various configurations to watch and test. Service - Mr. Konrad - very polite and professional. He presented the car, presented advantages over competitors' cars, organized a test drive and immediately presented an offer. We will definitely be back!

I bought an audi a5 coupe for 184 thousand zlotys in December 2019 .... The car was sold to me with hidden defects (cracked grill, loose right door upholstery and damaged door seal) .. and apparently such an audi was supposed to be checked and sure, especially that bought in the showroom .. The day after picking up the car I sent a message for this purpose and the showroom accepted my remarks ... then there was an exchange of correspondence And finally they denied everything. FOR ME, THIS IS CLAMPS AND DRYERS. As I gave negative reviews earlier, they managed to delete ... It is still far from the German Audi showrooms and the honesty of the fraudsters from Łódź. Poland.

Professional customer service, very good contact at every stage of vehicle sales (compliments to Mr. Konrad Filipowicz). Importantly, the Seller's concern for the buyer does not cease after the sale of the car 😁. Possibility to finance the purchase of a car and its motor vehicle insurance (AC / OC) through Volkswagen Financial Services Polska. Just one note - in the waiting room of the salon for customers, the selection of magazines is quite one-sided (Newsweek, Gazeta Wyborcza), as if the marketing department did not care about pluralism and was oriented towards a specific ideological and political option.
