I'm really super happy with the service! Lot of reminders, suggestions, guides, help - on any stage of the moving. On Thursday morning (very on time!) was the pickup in UK, and on Monday morning I've got my stuff already in Poland. No any damages. Can only recommend. Big THANKS to the company once more!

I have moved 4 times with K1 by now. This was over a period of 3 years. These were moves between London, Warsaw as well as Lugano in Switzerland. All moves were done very professionally. What is also very important, non of my items got lost or destroyed. Every time every single item was delivered perfectly. All of the more expensive and emotionally precious items were additionally wrapped and protected with special materials. I definitely recommend K1, and it’s based on all my experiences with various moves. Next time I move, will reach out to K1 team for sure. Wishing you good luck with your move, TS

My father in law moved to be with his eldest son in Cambridgeshire & after a lifetime in his house he had a lot of stuff to move. The guys were so helpful & kind when my father in law became a bit stressed. They made the whole process run smoothly & were very quick & neat. I would definitely recommend them. They even supplied boxes for us.

I completely advise against any cooperation with the K1 moving company. We had the opportunity to use the company's services this year. Our international move was not carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract. Initial contact was fine, but the valuation was clearly underestimated, and later contact attempts were very difficult. The company added storage costs (quite large), which we did not ask for, they were imposed under the threat of failure to deliver the move. We had no choice so we were forced to accept the extra cost. The move itself was delayed by two weeks, in addition, the company hired a subcontractor during unloading and provided only one employee (driver), not two as it was provided in the contract. The driver was not at all aware of the situation and it was only on the spot that he found out that it was up to him to unload the truck, which was physically impossible for one person to do. I sincerely advise against using K1 relocation services. A similar comment was also sent from the husband's account.
