I have symptoms of coronavirus (shortness of breath, lack of taste and smell), I had contact with an infected one. The receptionist "diagnosed" me that I was not sick, but I can call me on Monday if I have symptoms (because, according to her, the above are not symptoms). Of course, getting in touch is almost a miracle, you have to gossip (I have witnessed more than once that the receiver was lying on the counter and these women discussed private topics). I'd throw them out of the job right away, who's keeping them there?

Tragedy with registration. You can call 30 times from the very morning and at the very end you will hear that there are no numbers. Fixed text: Please come to the end of the doctor's work and ask if he will see you. Older patients do not have any problems with registration and the working person has to walk and ask for a visit! Will you ask the people in the queue if you can come in and find out if the doctor will see you? Forget that you are let into the office for a minute. Prescriptions and referrals are probably issued on the basis of random requests for them! Dear patients, we go to the doctor when we have something wrong, not just gossip with the doctor! And when you just come to talk, do it so that other people waiting in the line do not have to listen to it. Thank you very much for such medical care!

Nobody answers the phone at registration, are those ladies forcibly sitting there as a punishment? Maybe it is worth employing empathetic people ... who can handle the phone.

Unfortunately, you can not give a lower rating, which is a pity. A man with a high fever has not been able to reach the clinic for several days, the receiver is hung up. You have to call the funeral home right away, because before you reach this clinic, you will be cold. I do not recommend
