Car rented via LINK4 as a replacement car from class C, despite the fact that it belonged to a class D car after agreeing with LINK4 about replacing the car with class D at Kolorauto, I received a call on Thursday that the car will be replaced the next day and you will be very rude vulgar to the customer he calls on Friday and announces that there is no car in Class D for me, I acknowledged it after a while Mr. Jakub K, the owner of the company announces that if there is no car from D segment for me, he also takes the car from which I move from segment C because of this that it does not meet my expectations, despite the fact that the car was initially bound by contract still 3 days after my opposition, Mr. Kuba K threatened with vulgarisms police will report misappropriation if I do not return the car by 8pm. I do not recommend this car rental, culture and professionalism do not grow up to the west . best regards

Friendly service, new and clean cars. Even with the late release of the replacement car, the company had no problems and I was given the car.
