I have a very bad experience with this institution. I went privately, because I would have waited for the National Health Fund for about a year, and since I couldn't wait, the problem was quite serious. From the psychologist (perhaps your name was Aneta) I did not get any help or even a guide to the causes of my malaise. Instead of trying to help, she tried to convince me that she was right. After several minutes of conversation and the alleged attempt to understand the problem, the conversation turned so that I am the problem and create it myself! She treated me very much in advance, it was evident, she did not even hesitate to give a sharp comment in my direction (I think people with mental problems do not have to be sad and sloppy all the time, I was dressed nicely and had light makeup, which made the psychologist she perceived me as a spoiled brat who wants to attract attention to herself (she even suggested it to me - are I not looking for attention) - think about how this can affect a person with problems: she will feel that there is no support, that there is no rescue for her - indeed behavior worthy of a profession that is supposed to help people 🙂). I am sorry that mentally ill people might not be able to endure this lack of support even from a "specialist", which could lead to suicide. In my case, the psychologist was one of the last resort, but instead of helping me "put out", she helped me drown 🙂 In conclusion, I would like to add that one of the psychologist's diagnoses was that I may be sad because I dress quite slightly for winter (I had bare ankles in my pants), so I have to spend all my energy on warming up, so I can't give it to other things, such as thinking positively XDDDD Also I advise you against it with all my heart, do not give yourself extra stress. I recommend going to a psychiatrist (I found help there) or to a psychotherapist.
