A saleswoman (thin blonde, middle-aged), I think she missed her calling. I came to the flower shop with my grandmother. A stooped old woman with a walking stick asked the Lady if there were any pots, because she wanted to replant a large cactus. The lady replied "there is no". After a while, when grandma was looking around, the Lady asked "what is this pot supposed to be?" She showed various types, and when grandma did not answer any of them, she replied "I don't know what you would like" - with a grudge in her voice. When we turned to leave, a client entered, a woman in make-up, a neat haircut, and elegantly dressed. When you told the saleswoman which bouquets she needs to order, she replied, "Dear already, please take a look at what we have here" - with a smile. I'm sorry that my grandmother was treated like this. I also work in commerce and I treat the client who pays me PLN 5 and the client who pays PLN 500 the same. I will definitely avoid this flower shop with a wide berth.
This florist is a mistake. I was there 3 times to order a bouquet for the grave. 1 time a week ago. The lady who was presented as the boss said that I would come on 30/10 and she would complete my order faster than I would choose candles. So I appeared in accordance with the contract yesterday and it turned out that they do not accept new orders because they have to complete the ones that have been placed so far - I have to come the next day. Today you didn't even bother personally. The employee stated that they do not accept orders. They held me up for a week and I stayed with nothing ... I will definitely never buy anything there again.
