I sincerely advise against cooperation with this office. My story started a year ago when I signed the reservation agreement and paid an advance for a semi-detached house in Skalin. Until the contract was signed, everything was fine, but what happened after the deposit was written below: - the reservation contract is simply junk, only secures the office (no security for the buyer - upon resignation, the deposit is transferred to the office, while the office has the right to withdraw from the contract without consequences) - after paying the deposit, there is no or negligible information from the agent (Mr. Adrian), selling questions, incomplete answers, postponing deadlines, rudeness, - when the preliminary contract was to be signed - escaping, asking if he really does not want to resign (after contact with would-be neighbors - they said that they also received such questions and suggestions from the office) the preliminary contract sent to emails without proposals, signed by a notary, - a sudden email after a year of planning and having 32,000 PLN on the office account, from Mr. Adrian with the content "please request an account number in order to return the advance payment" - cancellation of the reservation contract without any translations and without a written withdrawal - due to the fact that the reservation agreement was structured in this way, I could not do anything. The office began to take responsibility on me and after a few phone calls, also to the office management I was treated degradingly and in a very unprofessional way. -and best at the end, according to unofficial information: the property was sold for a higher amount (unfortunately I do not have conclusive evidence). I strongly advise against any contact with the office, and I certainly advise against paying money and signing contracts. I also recommend contacting and verifying the reservation agreement with a lawyer - I will definitely advise you against it, just like after a while, Unfortunately, I am wise only after the damage. The deposit that I deposited at some point was not refundable and I was informed that the money "in this difficult period is secured against employees' remuneration ..." Contrary to the contract, the bureau claimed a 10 week delay in donating funds, no matter how you look - I became a bank that grants a 0% loan 🙂 Nobody has ever treated me like a real estate agency my house, I feel cheated.
