Diagnostics OK. If you arrive by car unregistered in Poland, but with tables such as "Young Couple" or "Autocenter" or German, they will put it in the documents to the Communication Department, because: "the car could hit the mother with the child on the belts and therefore must be so." You can also take off the boards, but nobody will tell you about it. Complaint processed negatively.
