It's hard to call this place a clinic, people working in the registration office have no respect for patients, they are terribly rude, they behave as if they were sitting there as a punishment. Getting there is almost a miracle. After several dozen attempts to contact the registration by phone, the lady informed me that the doctor can see the doctor until 1pm and if I make it in 10 minutes, she will see me today, and if not, I should call tomorrow. Sooner a person will die or heal himself.

Approach the patient without any empathy. During a pandemic, the clinic is open from 8, but patients who are there earlier must wait outside. Whether it's the sun or the rain, and the nurses stay warm and drink coffee. I omit the fact that I went to occupational medicine, so as a healthy person, sometimes sick, elderly and weakened people will come to the clinic. No sympathy, not even a chair or a bench, because the virus probably forbids it. Let them stand outside and they won't infect me inside. Sick approach. And the best thing is that I was supposed to be receiving Dr. Drachal from 8 and not. No information in the form of a card on the door, nothing. Only when you went out in the rain, the dear nurse, after drinking coffee, deigned to go out at 8 to the people and declare that the doctor is not seeing you today. And in d .. she had translations. He doesn't accept it and it's over. That's why I don't recommend it. As occupational medicine is everywhere, but not there! I went elsewhere and got it right away, 5 minutes of waiting and even cheaper!

The only doctor who has any human approach is Mrs. Drahal and Mrs. Odroska. Registration by phone is impossible, even after 2 hours, no one is able to answer the phone because they are occupied or turned off so that the patient will not be able to register. And when you manage to make a call, switch to another one that is always busy
