While waiting for the appointment, we saw an employee struggling with a demanding and conflicting customer who had a grudge against the whole world that the ATM did not support his card. The employee politely toiled with this person, and after a few minutes of tirade from "Karen", which did not come out (the person left when she was bored of arguing), he served us calmly, quickly and efficiently.

I asked for an offer to open an account. The information I got is actually half of what I could read on the Internet ... Plus the Lord was extremely unpleasant ... Everywhere I find information that ing had the best account for an individual customer. And after this information, I can say that it is not bad. Thanks to the service I received, I will definitely not leave my money there. And I was in 5 different banks, this is the only one after which I left really disgusted.
