Higher banking culture. 5 people from the service and only one queue that supports the company. I wanted to settle the electronic topic but failed.

Branch in which there are perpetual queues. Only one ticket is open most of the time. This is the only point of the bank in Toruń where you can withdraw currency from your account. Clients are condemned to eternal waiting.
