The building is nice, well laid out, there is room for everything. We waited for a while, numbers are issued ... Overall, the service is reliable and helpful. Okay, but it could be better.

The quality of service in this bank depends on how it goes. Today I came across a lady who is far from professionalism. I wanted to pay a dime of 650 pieces of 5 zlotys in segregated funds. You did not even bother to ask about it and immediately hearing that in the bag there is a dime she found that they can not give cashier because I serve other clients. It took me less than 10 minutes to count it manually. Another time I found a great lady who wanted to work and explained the problem in two minutes (a hole in the BLIK system), where for a few weeks I could not explain with the hotline and via e-mail correspondence. As I mentioned at the beginning, everything in this bank depends on whether it hits a professional or a sham.

Bank building very large. There is a large waiting room with a number system and a lot of service points. Staff nice and professional. Service to a high standard. There is an ATM and a cash deposit machine on site, and you can log in to your account using a computer. There is also a special children's corner in the waiting room.
