Funny things happen. 5.11 I get a message from Millenium bank that a suspicious transaction was registered and my card is blocked and the phone number: +48 22 598 41 14 I called: music game, you have to choose the right option to contact the hotline, they answer the phone, I was asked to provide my bank details: (milecode, application password and td) a bit funny because the first time I hear something like this, I hung up, they call back me, but from the second number, I do not answer. I'm trying to make a transfer with my friend's blip to check if my card really works? Transfer sent in a second. The next day: on 6.11 I go to the nearest bank branch, I ask the consultant: I told everything, showed everything, then you say it's normal, consultants verify the bank's customers in this way and added at the end "it's good that you are vigilant and did not provide your details ”But don't worry, it was a bank employee. I say "goodbye." Today on November 13 I get a beautiful message in the bank's application (attachment below) Please explain to me from what time you have to provide your data to a bank employee so that he can verify me and how to act to people who are not as vigilant as me and yet provided their data to the "bank's hotline employee"?
