Unfortunately, for the next few years I am associated with this bank, but I think I will have to look for another stationary branch. What is happening in this ward is unthinkable. Customer support doesn't exist. On a good day I asked in which queue I should stand in my case. When I approached the window, it turned out that you would not be able to handle my case, and she ordered me to go upstairs. They won't take care of this upstairs, please downstairs. I waited half an hour for a post to be opened where I could do my business. Total incompetence and disrespect for the client's time.
