Karotka is one of my favourite vegan places in Torun. Food is delicious, portions are big and the prices are good. The only down thing was that the salad wasn’t fresh, my pickles was off :/ the rest of food was great and I will definitely come back.

Of the two vege/vegan cafes I know of in Toruń, I would recommend this one. It's very much a traditional vegetarian/vegan menu (many dishes gluten free) served with a choice of three salads plus either brown rice or kasha. Free WiFi helps. Pet friendly also. What it lacks in decor - it's poorly lighted- it makes up in quality food. Situated next to Rynek Staromiejski, away from the crowds, tourists and school trippers, it's easy to get to.

Always like to try veggie restaurants in places we visit. However, Karrotka is one of the places I always went to and still go as its located in my home town. With set menu always they have an offer of 2/3 day meals. Would recommend it always 🙂

Nice vegan meals and nice drinks as well! Only for lunch. Simple style but efficient service. A good address for vegan/vegetarian food.
