Hello. I have been looking for a long time for a company that would undertake the flooring in my home. The company of Mr. Vitalij from Toruń did a great job. When it comes to building a house, you have to deal with many contractors and Studio Podłóg Ablux is certainly one of those companies with only nice memories 😉. I recommend and greet.
Professional, helpful and friendly service, numerous questions were answered comprehensively. Goods in accordance with the order, correctly packaged. Efficient assembly. Order processing and assembly as agreed. The floor looks amazing. I highly recommend Studio Podłóg Ablux Toruń.
I advise against using Ablux services.
At the beginning of the year, I commissioned them to repair the oak floor.
The basis for starting work was payment in advance.
In April, the repair began, which has not been completed yet, and it is already October.
Mr. Vitalij - the owner of the company, did not answer most calls from me, and after the busy line, which ensures that he is able to talk, I received text messages saying that he does not yet know when the work will be completed.
Unfortunately, this company is far from treating the client seriously and with respect.
