Great gym for bodybuilding, strength training. Lots of new equipment but also still some old school spit and saw dust units. The culture here is great and the protein homemade shakes are amazing afterwards and only cost £1

Pump group classes conducted by Mrs. Kamila are a joke, the trainer is more interested in her reflection in the mirror than showing how to exercise. Zero hints about load, layout. Some of the exercises she did not do at all, just wandered around the room and looked in the mirror or cleaned up the equipment after herself. She didn't even say what to do right now, there was no stretching at the end. No professionalism, I recommend going elsewhere to bodypump classes and see what it should look like.
It would be nice if, for the price everyone is paying, they could take a warm bath after training! Cold water has been running for a long time. There is also no need for the staff to take care of checking others at an angle, so that everyone has towels, because it's disgusting when you go to the bench after someone and he is all mic and stale, and the gym staff does not pay attention, so it's time to start paying attention!
