I checked 3 Hestia points from google.maps, 2 do not exist, one is closed, the hotline is slow

Watch out for this company. Thieving practices in clerical leather. Zero help, information. Focus on maximum profit. In the Toruń branch, there is one person to service the retail, who in addition has his own business. Clerical approach and total lack of information. You have to call them regularly, otherwise things are dragged on and Hestia benefits from it by finally invoicing. Misleading on the agenda, hiding information, illogical requests for documents with personal data, such as a photocopy of a car purchase contract. For this mistake when entering data into the system, e.g. a typo in the vehicle registration number. Explanation of the matter takes next weeks. OC rates from space, wherever I checked, in every other company was cheaper than in ERGO Hestia. I do not recommend, I warn especially against the branch in Toruń and I sympathize with those who must liquidate the damage in this collective farm. One piece of advice - you must read their regulations and contracts yourself. If you have no time, better take an adviser right away, if only not related to Hestia. I don't know what I expected from a company with German capital - a company typically focused on exploiting Poles.
