My car broke down in Toruń. I called for assistance. Application accepted. And the stairs began. Roadside assistance for the car arrived quickly. But the problem arose when the replacement car was delivered. Not only was I unable to get a car in a class that complied with the paid policy, but I didn't get any car and was left at night without any help. My next call to the insurer was picked up by an employee who approached the matter quite humanly. His predecessor was very blunt. I presented the company with my version of the solution to the problem. Apparently he made a note. So I'm waiting until tomorrow. I had to rent a car at my own expense to get home. I'm not so much upset as I am amazed and disgusted with the whole situation. I am considering resigning from insurance in this company.

Total bottom, problems with the payment of compensation, lower cost estimate! Despite the request to hand over the car to the partner showroom, I was harassed by text messages that I did not write the bank account number. The lady who dealt with the damage was incompetent, rude and arrogant. I do not recommend one big brothel on wheels
