For the third time, I had a situation where I ordered a pizza with a personal pickup, and when we come to pick it up, nobody knows anything about this order and we have to wait like idiots 20 minutes outside until they do. It was the last time - never again.

The first and last time, compared to the second place, there is a really mega pizza. The service in this place is lame and it is very, I will start with the price that was discounted because I ordered the company, it turned out to be a scam, it was higher than the prices on their website, after contacting the boss, it turned out that from yesterday the prices changed but the IT specialist overslept (laughs) I did not receive any information about this change over the phone, upon receipt, there is no receipt of any kind, you have allegedly forgotten, there is no new leaflet, with several items it is difficult to say how many from whom to take, if the prices do not match. 4 pizzas, one burnt, the other cold, 2 of approx. Unfortunately, you can not give less than one star because they deserve zero 👎. Avoid this place (Podgorna), I recommend the other one to the insurgents with a clear conscience. Absolutely no malice but honest assessment, after all, I greet the boss, but in this way you do not get a client, it's a pity 👎

I do not recommend. When ordering a pizza, I was informed that the delivery time is approx. 70 minutes. After a 20-minute delay, I called and asked when the pizza would be. I was informed that the pizza is ready, they are just waiting for the driver because he is late, but he is coming back and it may be in about 20 minutes with a pizza. After those 20 minutes the pizza was gone, so I went for a kebab and the pizza arrived another 20 minutes late. Taking into account the fact that the pizza was supposed to be ready at 7 pm, it was waiting for the driver who arrived at 7:40 pm, it was probably not too warm. I have not accepted the order. A good way to lose a customer. And it was enough to call and inform about the delay. I will never order from this pizzeria again .... It was a mistake that I had not checked the reviews of this pizzeria beforehand.

The execution time goes beyond any limits. After information about the delivery, 1.5 hours pass and I make a phone call - the lady says that she is just leaving for our address. And what? Another half an hour passes and nothing. An old saying goes: from Rej to Gagarin through Rubinkowo, it takes on colors here. This is not the first such project, but we are still taking up the challenge for the sake of taste. This time for the last time. Despite sincere intentions - I do not recommend.

I have not seen such rude and rude service in my whole life. I wanted to order 4 large pizzas during the training which took place at the side of the hairdressing salon. The gentleman who served with a great panache accepted the order for the questions asked, replied "it says there" Finally, after saying that he was mean, he replied "I don't have to be nice to you" !!!! Such people work in services ?! I did not have the pleasure to order a pizza because Mr. pizerman discouraged me from it !!! I will discourage everyone from visiting this place !!! If it was possible to give 0 I would definitely do it !!!
