I wanted to be on time The package sent on Monday by courier DHL on Friday is not yet in place. Client pissed off. I'm not happy. I pay the complaint costs at this time. Unfortunately, it's a broker and in case of problems is always a problem. DHL then has someone to blame. Nice service, however, shipping packages that are urgent and it's time to do better without an agent.
