Unfortunately, the mass of vulnerabilities and shortcomings. Errors in the design of buildings, failure to comply with construction standards, in a word, massacre on common areas. Some people in the apartments have very big problems, fortunately, I found these small ones. The developer himself does not see the problem and does not remove the reported defects for two years ... The case is currently being dealt with by the lawyer after the audit of the estate, a report was created on the basis of which the application was made to the court. The claim sum is well over 400,000 for the common area itself. I do not recommend buying apartments from the Housing Oasis.

Hello, Unfortunately this developer can not be considered reliable. The main complaint I have for the Oasis is the fact that the company does not feel the completion of works in the estate. As well as does not perform its duties resulting from the warranty and guarantee. In connection with the situation, the case will have its continuation in court. I felt about Oaza's future clients in terms of securing themselves against such unfair practices. Regards, Jarek

Unfortunately, the developer is far from what can be called solid. Above all, there are a lot of serious vulnerabilities to be fixed that the developer does not feel. Some things just did not want to end and they were left buried. Total ignorance.

Unfortunately, that's all true. I do not have any serious reservations about the flat, but the common part is one big failure. I do not recommend buying a flat with this developer.

I do not recommend. I bought a flat, there are a lot of faults with a total value of almost 500,000. PLN. People have 12-meter mushrooms on the wall.
