I recommend working with Mr. Zbigniew, good telephone contact, a little worse e-mail but also decent. Information on the real estate for sale is reliable, without hiding the unfavorable properties of the real estate offered. The only drawback for the lack of information about the status of neighboring plots, when I waited for confirmation / cancellation of the reservation of one particular plot, the rest almost sold in the meantime, about which Mr. Zbigniew did not inform me on a regular basis. Then the choice was narrowed down but in the end we made a deal.
